we can get kei trucks here, there is a place up the street from me that will sell you a truck/van just like that if you want, even with tracks.

Actual Kei trucks?
A Kei truck is a car with a max of 660 cc, so they fall in a special (cheaper) tax category.
It would be awesome if they are really sold like that.
